Pete Castor
Since 1992, Pete has served at various organizations as a director of marketing and communications, a vice president, a president, and a publisher. Having served a number of two-year, four-year, and post-graduate colleges and universities in a wide variety of roles, he started 3OE Solutions to bring all of his passion and experience under one roof in helping higher education institutions better reach, enroll, and retain students. He specializes in developing unique and effective institutional strategic plans, marketing and communications plans, and strategic enrollment management plans. He also takes point on all brand, creative, and advertising campaigns.
Dr. Bernt King
Bernt has built and led teams of people for over 15 years. He has led specific initiatives for higher education institutions committed to serving traditional and underserved student populations both nationally and internationally and has taught at the graduate and undergraduate levels (serving traditional students, professionals, and adult learners). Bernt brings a depth of experience in higher education institutional strategic planning and intentional decision-making that is reflective of data analysis, cultural audits, and articulated vision in order to maximize regional impact while ensuring compliance with accrediting bodies.
Jessica Whitmore
Jessica’s specialty is copy writing and grant writing, with experience in establishing grants offices at colleges as well as completing the entire grant cycle of LOIs, full proposals, interim reports, and final reports. She understands the details necessary for successful grant writing to share the stories and needs of organizations while matching those to the expectations and requirements of potential grant funders. Additionally, her content-related work has been published in newspapers, journals, magazines, fundraising appeals, social media, and websites. Her pieces have been published both nationally and internationally and have also been translated into foreign languages for publication.
Dr. Mark Menga
Mark has been a student-centered professor with nearly 20 years of experience teaching core and advanced courses in media and communication studies. He is an established mentor with experience in academic and career advising in a multidisciplinary context and a strategic leader of successful initiatives in program development and curriculum design with instructional experience in multiple delivery models. When it comes to non-traditional programs and systems, Mark knows how to deliver strategies to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
Krissi Castor
Krissi is an experienced editor and writing professional with a demonstrated track record of helping others meet their goals while working in the higher education industry and nonprofit organizations. She has been employed by numerous two- and four-year colleges as an assistant professor in English, an adjunct in composition and grammar, and has developed numerous courses for both online and traditional education programs. She is a certified grant writer and has served various organizations as a speech writer, senior editor, project manager, and copy writer. Her knack for creative writing and organizational prowess ensures that every project she touches for 3oe is submitted with excellence and timeliness.
